This is unlike anything you will see from me.
No BS.
No fluff.
Straight to the point.
Here it goes:
1. Routine starts in the morning.
As soon as you wake up, DO NOT check your phone.
If you find yourself complaining or unsatisfied with ANYTHING, you’re doomed, go to bed and try again.
2. Set an intention for a desire you want to manifest.
E.G. a new car, a partner, a new job etc…
3. Set an alarm or a reminder for every 30-60 min.
Every time the alarm goes off, I want you to pretend you’re doing whatever you’re doing with the person you’re manifesting, in the car you want to drive, in the new house etc…
4. Notice how you feel and journal any resistance that comes up throughout the day.
(Useful for pathway revision.)
5. Right before bed, dim the lights, sit in silence and gaze at an object for 15-30 minutes.
Try to quiet down your internal dialogue without judgement.
After you achieve a minimum baseline of trance, go back to the resistances and revise them.
6. Work with the negatives, not the positives.
(We’ll work on those during SATS)
Negate every resistance and limiting belief you journaled during the day.
E.G. “I can’t get a good girl who won’t cheat on me” —> Why? What red-pill content have you watched that says every woman is a cheater? What trauma have you experienced when you were a child with your parents? Have you ever gotten cheated on? How did you deal with it? How do you deal with lust?
7. If you do this correctly, you’ll already feel tired.
Go ahead and lay down ready for sleep.
Set an intention, be grateful.
Take a couple deep breaths and relax your body and mind.
8. Imagine a scene in first person (very important).
The scene has to be of the wish fulfilled (to negate the opposites and limiting beliefs, this is also very important, it has nothing to do with manifesting itself).
Do not focus on the emotions and feelings it evokes you, contrary to popular belief.
Instead focus on the intuitive feeling that arises (usually a sensation in your heart/chest region) when you loop the scenes over and over again.
Remember: you’re looping the scene not because it makes it more powerful, but to negate any other negative circumstance that could come up and disrupt your flow.
9. Fall asleep to the imaginal scene being played out.
You may have a lucid dream that night.
Be conscious of it and have no fear.
10. Repeat for 3 or 21 days.
(Depending on how many limiting beliefs you encounter during the day.)
After that set an intention in prayer for your desire to unfold naturally and completely forget about everything.
Act intuitively in the state of the wish fulfilled.
